Friday Shows Highlight- How To Look Good Naked

Now hosted by Carson Kressley, Queer Eye For A Straight Guy, this show is a very positive example for todays everyday woman. The show starts out with a woman distraught by her appearance, as most of us are, who has to come to grips with her true image versus how she perceives herself. He takes her in front of 360 mirrors and lets her access her body and what we find is that she has the same problems with her body as 95 percent of the women of the world. The fact is the fashion industry is not made for the everyday woman, however even the bombshell beauties of the industry have their own insecurities about their bodies.  

Carson does a great job of pointing out to Layla that your appearance says a lot about who you are and what you want people to think of you. The first thing is first he takes her shopping for the basics of any wardrobe, under garments. Once they found the right bras for Layla it was time to go shopping. My favorite quote from Carson had to be “find what works for your body and disregard the trends”. This is so true, too, many people work so hard to be fashionable and don’t realize that just because it’s in style doesn’t mean it’s for everyone.

Layla is now looking and feeling more confident so to top it off Carson treats her to a day at the spa, fabulous. After the spa day it’s time to prepare for her photo shoot. The hair stylist decides to give her a nice cut. TO ALL MY LADIES, do not be afraid of a good hair cut because long hair is not for everyone and some of you are doing your face a disservice. After an incredible hair cut, style and fabulous make up. Layla was a new woman with a charismatic flavor. And in the end she was able to complete her journey with an all nude photo shoot and I must say she looked like one hot tamale.
