SERVES 8 (change servings and units)
Ingredients
* 2 lbs ground beef
* 1 cup
* 3/4 cup Burgundy wine
* 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
* 2 teaspoons onion salt
* 1 teaspoon dry mustard
* 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 8 hamburger buns
Directions
1. Mix together first 9 ingredients.
2. Shape into 8 patties.
3. Broil or grill 4-5 inches from heat 5 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness.
4. Serve in hamburger buns.
5.**We also toast the buns on the grill.
6.**Adjust seasonings to taste.
