I do apologize that I’m a little late in my tribute, but I had to take the time out to say Rest In Peace to Estelle Getty. She was an iconic actress in such shows as Maude and most know for her role in The Golden Girls as Sophia Petrillo. She was one of the funniest characters ever and The Golden Girls was and is the original Sex In The City! She will be missed, I still watch reruns almost everyday, lol…R.I.P Sophia/Estelle!

I will miss Estelle, too. She was a great character actress. I always thought she’d be a hoot as a grandmother.
Yeah I think she made all of us wish we had cute funny grandmas like her…classic. I wish we had more shows like this today.
