Okay Cynde Watson is fabulous I usually use pencil eyeliners but over the weekend I tried out the Mark Hook Up Liquid Liner, now I have to warn you I never claimed to be an expert beautician, lol but I had difficulty so I found a video that would help me and though I should share. Liquid liner is a fabulous thing to know how to apply because unlike the pencil it gives a little extra drama.
